• House on flat ground $1 per square foot
• House on slight incline $1 per square foot & add 20%
• House on steep hill, working from the ground up $1 per square foot & add 40%
• Houses with decks all around, same price as flat ground rate $1 per square foot


Gutter Cleaning Pricing

• Single story houses, square footage of house multiplied by 5%
• Two story houses, flat ground measurement multiplied by 10%
